Mount Coburg Community Garden (aka Charles St) was a little community garden that was destroyed by the construction of a Metro Trains maintenance depot in 2021. We were compensated with a new patch of land and we’re ready to get to work on transforming it! From midday this Saturday we’ll be having a crack at site preparation for planting fruit trees, which will involve lots of digging and moving soil around! Bring your muscles, digging tools and something for lunch - or come after lunch, we should be there for a good few hours.

The location is Charles St, Coburg North, right on the train line, very close to Batman Station.
